Krisha Shah was amazing, always following up with each appointment on how the progress is going . During each session always asking how I'm feeling and if I feel any pain. Overall it was a great experience and I plan to continue a few more sessions to get rid of some of the stubborn hair.

I started my skin journey with laser treatments and later switched to microneedling. After just two microneedling sessions with Krisha, I'm really happy with the progress. Looking at my before and after photos, I can see my skin looks smoother, brighter, and more even, with noticeable improvement in texture and pigmentation. Krisha has been amazing throughout the process—knowledgeable, patient, and she always recommends what's best for my skin rather than pushing treatments. I’m very happy with my experience with Krisha at Femme Laser Clinic in Waterloo.
Throughout every session, Krisha was professional, thorough, and attentive. She always checked in during treatment to make sure I was comfortable and adjusted the settings gradually based on my tolerance. I never felt rushed, and she was incredibly detail-oriented.

THIS IS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW CAREFULLY IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING SERVICES HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT TO UNDERSTAND HOW CONCERNS MAY BE HANDLED.
I was a client here last year, and my final laser session was at the end of 2025. After my last appointment, I noticed unusually dense hair growth in areas where I previously had little to no hair growth before starting treatments.
During my final session, I specifically told the technician that the laser intensity felt too high and asked if it could be reduced. I was told, “Since it’s your last appointment, I want you to have maximum results, so please bear with me.”(Later during consultation I was told that the intensity was all in the right levels)
Within a week, I contacted the clinic to report the sudden hair growth. Instead of properly addressing my concern, I was immediately told it might be “hormonal issues.” I explained multiple times that I had never experienced this before the treatment process, but the concern was repeatedly redirected back to “maybe it’s hormonal” or “everybody is different.”
I was told the issue would be escalated to management, but no one followed up. After waiting two months, I had to call again myself, only to receive the same response and again no callback.
Eventually, I booked another consultation. The technician acknowledged that the hair growth on my face was unusually dense compared to before treatment, but the manager still would not speak to me directly. Instead, I was again told it was “probably hormonal.” I later completed hormonal testing through my doctor, and the results came back completely normal.
What disappointed me most was not just the outcome, but the lack of accountability, follow-up, and genuine concern once I raised an issue. The only solution offered was possibly “a complimentary session” if my tests were normal, despite me clearly stating I no longer felt comfortable continuing treatment there.
I’m sharing this for future clients so they can make an informed decision. If your treatments go smoothly, you may never face a problem. But if you do experience complications or concerns, be aware of how those concerns may be handled. She explained everything step by step and answered all my questions.IOnly thing I would do different is email the person after the treatment is done explaing how to use the creams and serums step by step so that they are being used properly because when it's your first time and you dint have it written down with instructions it's easy to forget how it goes in order and if you should wash your face or if you wash the prouduct off ext .It would be very insightful just to reassure that we are doing the right thing .

I got Microneedling done at Femme Waterloo, excellent customer service, they explained the whole process to me step by step, answered all my questions in detail and worked calmly on my skin. Aftercare tips were given along with sample serum. Khoula was very friendly and easy to talk to, yet highly professional with her work. Would recommend the place to everyone. I had microneedling by Koula at the KW location. Koula was very professional and easy to chat with while doing the microneedling. I on day 3 after the procedure and my face is feeling pretty good. For anyone who has roseacea like myself, have no fear. The heat in my face went away by end of day 2. Follow the process she tells you and you will have success. Looking forward to having my neck microneeded in a months time. KUDOS TO KOULA!!

I came to femme laser clinic for face laser. The attendant Krisha, is polite, accommodating and nice and she is careful with the treatment. She always asks me beforehand and during the session if I am feeling comfortable and if i am feeling the pinches or warmth of the laser on my skin so she could adjust accordingly.
