The best laser clinic! I started seeing results after 4 weeks on my arms and chin. I went to another clinic previously and had no results after 20 sessions. The techs are all very kind and are great at checking in to make sure the heat on the laser and is at the right setting.

I did my first head to toe LHR at Femme today. My laser tech Shaziya, was such a sweetheart. She made me super comfortable from the minute I walked in. I was kind of nervous at first and had a bunch of questions. Shaziya explained everything super well and shared her own experience with LHR. I left feeling super brand new. I highly recommend Femme and Shaziya!!

I had my full body laser treatment done with Komal and I’m honestly so happy with the experience! She was extremely professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. She explained everything clearly and handled the treatment with great care and precision.

Kamal, is very professional yet personable and has incredible experience dealing with black skin. I would rate her 10/10. I am so glad to have booked my appointment for my chin and neck. I can’t remember the last time I plucked my chin and neck hairs; my black spots are almost non-existent and my skin is definitely grateful for my sessions as I have stopped my incessant hair pulls from my chin and necks ☺️

They apparently do not do male or trans customers, and this is not stated anywhere on the website or during the booking process, despite the booking being under a masculine name and speaking on the phone with a masculine voice.
Turned away when arriving for the appointment. Not only discrimination, but a massive waste of our time and insulting too. - 1 out of 5Google
Set up the appointment everything went well until they started discriminating against me because I dont look or sound woman enough. If you are setting an appointment here make sure you believe and thing the same bigoted bs they preach.

Scraping gel technique after doing lazer was poor, felt too harsh. Communication was weak too while changing location back and forth. I wished her hands were gentle on my skin. However, her preparation was good pre and post treatment.

• Had a head-to-toe laser appointment — it was honestly the worst experience.
• During consultation, the laser tech Sharry showed poor communication skills.
• I was not informed that I needed to shave my body before the appointment.
• I was told payment could be done in installments, but on appointment day they demanded full payment.
• Another technician did both shaving and laser in just 2 hours, which felt rushed and unprofessional.
• I reached out to speak with the owner/manager, but no response for a week.
• The help desk staff was rude over the phone.
• Finally, when the owner called, he was sweet at first but later started yelling, showing zero professionalism.
• Overall, there’s no proper communication or customer care in this clinic.

Bought one of their whole body packages for my daughter. They were able to accommodate a swap in one of the body parts with no problem. We have had two sessions so far and the estheticians have been patient and professional and seem very knowledgeable and experienced by recommending proper before and after care.

I visit the London branch for my appointments and my technician, Komal (I hope I remember her right, if not sorry), always makes me feel safe and welcome. The challenge is communication—there’s no direct line to the branch, so rescheduling or late arrivals are difficult. Sometimes agents don’t relay messages as clearly as Komal, which impacts the experience. Also, since the branch is in a medical center that closes after 4, getting in can be frustrating as I need to call the main number, hope that an agent picks up, they have to let London branch know. The process really needs streamlining.

Femme Laser Clinic has been a wonderful experience! My hair is much lighter, and I hardly need to shave anymore. What I really appreciate is that it’s a big network, so switching between locations like London, Whitby, and Waterloo is super convenient for someone like me who travels for work. The service is consistently excellent; staff are polite and give genuine advice. Prices are affordable yet the quality is top-notch—they maintain sterilization, and all equipment is Health Canada approved.
